At Craft Galore, we take pride in the quality of our handmade and curated arts and craft products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to ensure you have a great experience.

Change of Mind

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing us at info@craftgalore.com.au with the following:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess your claim and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Custom or Personalised Orders

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Returns Process

If a return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
